Candace’s fascination with the world of real estate began in 2003 when she
purchased her first investment property. As a single parent diving into the real
estate market, Candace quickly realized something special was on the horizon. If
she could simplify the process and share her knowledge, she could create
enormous possibilities for herself and other women with newfound financial
empowerment and the key foundations for new family legacies.
With a dedication to authenticity, honesty and education, Candace went on to
co-create and direct numerous Real Estate Investment Clubs throughout
California, facilitating hundreds of investment seminars and eventually honing
her deft repertoire of tools, techniques and solutions for real estate success.
The results: multi-millions in real estate investment sales and limitless
possibilities for both clients and investors.
Candace’s entrepreneurial background, combined with two decades of 5-Star
hospitality industry experience provides her with unique perspective and vision
for the modern real estate world. Having worked in a range of capacities, from
management to special event design and coordination, Candace brings a meticulous
approach to White Label Home Collective, balancing creativity, attention to
detail, approachability and a relentless ability to effortlessly deliver above
and beyond client expectations.
Originally a Los Angeles native, Candace came south and has raised her family in
North San Diego County for the past 30 years, providing her deeply rooted
insights, knowledge and ties to the community and the marketplace. Her local
knowledge and connections allow both her and her clients to stay at the
forefront of San Diego’s competitive real estate market.
Candace is more than just an agent. She is a force of nature whose devotion is
firmly planted in family, professionalism, and leaving a lasting impression with
everyone she meets both locally and globally. She doesn’t just talk about
excellence and professionalism: she lives it, ever embracing the motto: “Leave
people and places better than you found them.” And when she’s not making
multi-million dollar deals, you will probably find her either hiking along the
sundrenched Pacific or engaging in the next great philanthropic
initiative.
